Wassel is not a greedy middleman. Three simple rules, etched into the code:
20% incl. tax on dishes
Paid by the restaurant, never by you. Tax included, zero hidden fees — far better than foreign platforms taking up to 30% before tax, plus a forced ad budget.
100% of the tip to the courier
The courier earns a guaranteed minimum per trip that is higher than the competition + the full tip you leave them. No disposable fake freelancers.
Fair rotation, never pay-to-rank
No restaurant can pay to be ranked higher. The “Featured” showcase rotates every day according to a deterministic rule — no randomness, no lottery, no hidden auction.
On a dish at 100 DH, here is what you keep.
VAT is included in our 20%. No hidden fees. And we keep advertising reasonable (~2%), not an imposed marketing budget that eats into your margin.

You order
- ·A single all-inclusive price. No surprise at checkout.
- ·Cash on delivery or online card payment (Chaabi Payment gateway, coming soon).
- ·A 4-digit code to confirm handover to the courier: no charge until the order is delivered.
- ·Real-time tracking + courier chat. And a “Got a problem?” button with photo, never used against the courier without proof.
You deliver
- ·Guaranteed minimum per trip, distance compensated — always more than Glovo/Uber.
- ·100% of the tip and zero exclusivity. You stay in control of your time.
- ·Weekly pay by bank transfer or Cash Plus, with no surprise delays.
- ·We protect you: anti-fraud photo proof, alert on late cancellation, human support.
You run a restaurant
- ·20% incl. tax on dishes, VAT included — not 30% before tax plus mandatory advertising.
- ·Your menu in photos, your storefront crystal clear, the app provided.
- ·Weekly pay, bank transfer or Cash Plus.
- ·No pay-to-rank: earned visibility, fair rotation and a boost for newcomers.
