Nothing hidden. Here's how Wassel decides.
Ranking, reviews, counters, prices: every mechanism is explained here, in black and white. If you spot a gap, write to us — we'll fix it.
How we rank restaurants
The order comes from a fair rotation computed from freshness, real rating and proximity. No one can pay to climb. A serious new restaurant is visible from day one.
- No ad budget buys a better spot.
- The rotation changes every day to give everyone a chance.
- Rating, distance and freshness — nothing else counts.
The price you see
The menu is at the restaurant's price, identical to dine-in. Delivery is at cost, capped, with no surge at peak hours or in the rain.
Honest payment
No charge until your order is on its way.
And always the real amount — never an estimate. No frozen funds, no difference to claim back, nothing to wait for.
- They put a hold on the estimated amount on your card before even confirming everything is in stock.
- An item is missing? The total drops, but you wait for the difference to be refunded — sometimes for days.
- We charge nothing until your order is on the road.
- And we take the real amount, verified at preparation — never a penny more, never a hold.
Where does your money go?
Slide the cursor: for an order, here is the exact split. No hidden service fee.
at 3.5 km
At Wassel: zero hidden service fees, and the restaurant keeps 80% of the food.
Reviews we don't dress up
Only a customer who actually ordered can rate. We don't erase an honest negative review, and the restaurant always keeps a public right of reply.
Honest counters
"1,200 orders" means 1,200 real orders. No inflated numbers, no fake urgency ("only 2 left!") invented.
What the courier earns
100% of the tip goes to the courier, and every ride is insured. We take nothing from what you give them.
