In a few minutes you set up your business: receive orders, manage your photo menu, track your sales. Everything from one place.
Business verification
Confirm your business identity (trade register, ICE, ID) and your payout method (bank or mobile money). Wassel pays out every Friday by 6pm at the latest.
Your storefront
Add name, logo, cover photo, cuisine type, short description and delivery zone. A great cover and real photos noticeably lift sales.
Opening hours
Set your hours day by day, and toggle “open / closed now” in one tap. Outside hours you receive no orders: zero cancellations.
Structure the menu
First create your categories (Starters, Tagines, Couscous, Drinks, Desserts), then sort your dishes into them. A clear menu gets ordered faster.
Add a dish
For each dish: name, a one-line mouth-watering description, price, and above all a real photo. The photo is what triggers the order — make it count.
Options & extras
Add sizes, sides and extras (paid or free, required or optional) to offer complete meals and raise the average basket.
Out of stock & availability
A dish sold out? Mark it “out of stock” in one tap (until tonight or until restock) without deleting it. The best way to avoid cancellations.
Preparation time
Set a realistic prep time, and raise it at rush hour. Keeping to the promised time protects your rating and customer satisfaction.
Manage orders
For each order: notification → Accept or Decline → prepare → mark “Ready” → hand to the courier. In a rush, pause orders while you catch up.
Promotions & visibility
Create offers (discount, buy-one-get-one, free delivery) and feature a dish. Well-placed promotions push your visibility up.
Sales & payouts
Track your revenue, order count, average basket and best-selling dishes. Transparent Wassel commission (20%), clear payout every Friday.
Quality & best practices
Care for packaging, keep to timings, reply to reviews. A good rating moves you up the ranking and brings more orders.
